We’ve been working with the social care sector for years, so we know just how much pressure there is around staffing, and how it’s only getting tougher.
We realised there was a real opportunity to help, by connecting skilled, passionate people with organisations that need them. Partnering with Schools and OET Providers, we’ve seen so many students coming to Ireland to study English and work, but often ending up in retail or hospitality.
It’s a shame, because so many of them have real healthcare experience that goes untapped.
Our focus is on making sure these talented candidates can keep doing what they love, while giving the sector the support it really needs.
